My husband's dad may die and I am awake all night because of my BPD sister and d

It's so sad, that they know how sick he is, how much I care for him, but have both started drama with me NOW. I am standing up to it, calling it what it is. But it's hurting me and taking from my focus. I feel like smacking both of them. I think they must sense how fed up I am, and how grateful I feel thinking of not having them in this picture. Now the birds are chirping. Maybe now that I've put this down here I can sleep for awhile. I'm angry, usually I'm just sad.

I feel so sorry for you . This is sure a hard time for you . They are just being bullies and you are just going to have to let it role of your back for your husband . If you have kids and someone was bulling them around what would you tell them . The most important thing is your Father in law and your husband and you ! I would not want to go through what you are right now , Be strong and we are here for you .

I'm sorry, okaythen. Preparing oneself for a death in the family is difficult, and added drama just makes it that much more draining. Hopefully writing this out and having people read it helped you. Anger is part of the healing process, and it's okay and healthy to feel it. How do you express your anger?

I am so sorry that you are going thru this. I have been there... . when my Dad was dying, my uBPD sis and step monster were creating lots of chaos. I was so mad that they were taking my focus off my Dad's care and I was not sleeping either. I took a day to myself and found a therapist, got a sleep med and went out 4 dinner with hubby. Soon after, when hospice came in, I got therapy from them too. Still it was a very bad time in my life.
Your focus is not on them so they will do anything for attention, my sis has always done this... . raised hell with me when we lost our Mom and also during my divorces and separations... . I did not get it at the time but I do now.
Hang in there
