Rough day at work thinking about BPDxgf

Every once in a while at work as I'm sitting here she'll easily enter my mind and she won't exit nearly as easily.  I've gotten to the point these days to where I think about her and am able to get involved in my day and I'll be able to release those intense feelings of missing her and wanting to just talk to her, but not today.   I'm still NC, but today is harder.  The mind is a funny thing, it has the ability to bury all the nasty toxic crap that occurred for 36 months and remember the good times, the normal times, and the laughter.   I'll get through it, but today sucks.

It is what it is dude. Still happens, although its getting better for me, sometimes theres a trigger. Probably always will be, but we got to push through. They made a choice, they need to deal with it. Theres someone better for us on the radar... Im sure of it.
