Breakup with BPD
«

My ex has BPD and broke up with me 7 months ago. She has never spoken to me and if I try
to speak to her she threatens to call the police. When I tried to speak to her about things she makes me out to be a horrible person.

I am sorry that you are going through this. Don't take her behavior personally. This is standard operating procedure for pwBPD.

7 months is a while; how long were you together?

My ex threatened to call the police often when she left with another person, she felt guilt and shame for her actions and I was the horrible person.
Is there another person?
