Before you can make things better, you have to stop making them worse... Have you considered that being critical, judgmental, or invalidating toward the other parent, no matter what she or he just did will only make matters worse? Someone has to be do something. This means finding the motivation to stop making things worse, learning how to interrupt your own negative responses, body language, facial expressions, voice tone, and learning how to inhibit your urges to do things that you later realize are contributing to the tensions.

I have finally see no limited contact is the best when kids are involved.once again I feel like we were turning a corner as friends then you find out everything she says to you is a lie.i think one thing that hurts me most is when we were togeatheir she kept me locked in never wanted to hangout with my friends air family.the new guy she became friends with all his friends I don't get it.i don't know why she doest give me full time with my son she could care less about being with him.she sleeps at home with him once in a while and to her she thinks she mother of the year.
