As part of moving on and to heal, we often tell others and ourselves to do something good for ourselves.  With that in mind, what did you do for you today?

That certainly isn't a bad day, at all!

I went to work. A job in which I love and am thankful for. I went to the therapist to help me through my current situation. I donated money to a local non profit. I studied. I contemplated. I took my dog for a walk. I hurt. I thought of great times I had with the love of my life. I received a bag of items from my exuBPDgf (on another post). I drank a couple beers and ate a good meal. Finalized my plans for Christmas. And am now writing on a forum that has tough to me so much. Cheers.

As silly as it sounds, I stood up for myself.  When someone crossed a boundary, I was tempted to let it but I didn't.  While I was doing it, I knew I was changing my own patterns and keeping my values intact. It felt good.

Worked a job that I love. Went to therapy after and was very honest and open during my session. Then went to the gym and sweat my butt off with a good workout.

Great thread, Astro.
