Hi All,

Our son always had anxiety, but over the last 10 weeks got much worse. Became suicidal 3-trips to the ER to try and get help.  Last admission, a Psychiatrist actually took the time to talk with him and gave him the diagnosis.  Now we now what we are dealing with, and can seek help for him.

In educating myself about BPD, and the symptomatology, a very strange thing happened.  I realized that it was also referring to my other son (who had a very difficult time at age 11), I was looking in the mirror and I also saw my Mother.

It had always been tense at home with the triplets. There had been times that I have referred to our home atmosphere as being "Toxic",  I thought it was just their ADHD, and perhaps brothers annoying each other.

Now I have seen the light.  Is there anyone out there with more than one child with BPD? Are there any parents with BPD and children with the same?

Hi tripletmum

Im sorry you are going through this. I do not have children with BPD on my exs but I wanted to welcome you and tell you that your not alone. There are a lot of parents here that will be able to offer you support and some I believe also have BPD. There are also a number of members with BPD who are here because of a BPD parent.

I hope you find the support and answers you are looking for.
