Recommend a good book on BPD abuse?

Hello everyone, new here.

First off, I'm looking for a book to work through the BPD abuse. As I'm sure you can imagine, I've really lost sight of myself in all of this, and I'm trying to get back to myself. At the end of the relationship, my ex literally had ME convinced I was the one with BPD. Ugh. I know about the book Stop Walking on Eggshells, but I was hoping to find a book that wasn't focused around a person IN my life, but recovery.

I'm still struggling a lot with the circular questions about myself and "If I'm the problem". It's totally taken me down a LOT. Trying hard to get back to trusting my feelings again, and healing through this. My ex did a good number on me, convincing me that I was abusive and that I had BPD. It's taken me a long time to get as much healing as I have.

im glad you found us, and reached out; youre in the right place, and among friends  .

healing from the abuse, separating ourselves from our exes, separating ourselves from projections and accusations, its not easy going and doesnt happen over night.

Thank you so much for your recommendation. I am SO glad that I have finally found out what has been going on in my life. Just knowing that people I have loved have BPD has lifted a weight, and given me parts of myself back. Those accusations really cut you to the bone if you don't know that they are not true. I'll be sharing more of my story soon.
