Since we analyze everything here, why do you think he even showed up to court? Why did they excuse themselves before we discussed all of his adultery? I am thinking because his lawyer is a criminal lawyer he thinks you need to make an appearance to everything... .I know in most non contested cases, the guilty party just doesn't show up! Why did they even come? On top of it, he claimed he couldn't afford the divorce, so I basically loaned him the money and he has to pay me back over the next 5 months! I hope this shows him I wanted it bad enough! My two thoughts on why he wanted to leave the courtroom were that he didn't want to re-live all of his past shameful behavior or he didn't want his lawyer to hear his past shameful behavior! His lawyer could be a friend of his gf's friends remember. It was strange how he held the door for me and I would not even look at him. I only finally looked as he was going to leave. We looked at each other in the eyes... .he smiled... .maybe embarrassment... .I smiled like "you are an idiot"... .He has even come up with a 4th lie about how he lost his job for the lawsuit he filed on me- he claims his grocery store suddenly doesn't have managers so that's why he lost his job!  So ridiculous. His lawyer knows what a liar he is now... .it's got to be painful for him too. My lawyer has told me he is going to lose that case and have to pay me back even more money... .He probably won't try this again. I told her just be prepared. She also doesn't think he is really moving out of state... .at least for awhile. The new look and the the nervousness in court... .it was just all strange. He was really clueless as to what would happen... .he thought he would have to testify his lawyer told mine! Then I thought, maybe he actually wanted to see me... .I guess that was wishful thinking... .we want to believe they cared even just a little... .I wonder how happy he really is now. No- I don't want him back and after this I am done analyzing him (I hope) Laugh out loud (click to insert in post)  Goodnight

Since we analyze everything here,

Lol Heron thanks for the invitation into your ex's mind :P shall I bring some breadcrumbs?

Since we analyze everything here, why do you think he even showed up to court? Why did they excuse themselves before we discussed all of his adultery?

Trying to figure out motives on his own--interesting. Trying to figure out motives whilst he's next to his lawyer--even more interesting.

What did your lawyer say?

Since our exes tend to have an interesting perception of reality, I wouldn't be surprised that it didn't hit your ex at all that he doesn't have a case.

Laugh out loud (click to insert in post) - my lawyer was baffled that his lawyer is still helping him I think. When his lawyer asked if she wanted to go down and file for a hearing on the lawsuit he had pending against me, she said "Nope, don't have my schedule"... , Laugh out loud (click to insert in post)  I think he was shocked. Mine says you have to just keep putting them off, besides- we are waiting for his work records to find out why he really lost his job! She doesn't know why they came, nor does she care Laugh out loud (click to insert in post).  She thinks we need to sit down and work it out and forget bothering the courts.
