Thank you for sharing that is very helpful. We are exploring all options and have not ventured there yet. My 28yr daughter is in DBT and practising self soothing and all the skills, on meds and finally appreciates 24/7 crisis team to speak to to avoid a crisis etc. I think she may find this an additional coping skill to avoid crisis, if it feels right. Also wondered about Chinese medicine.
Good to find what works in supporting DBT that is working, small steps. My daughter is appreciating all the additional support to DBT which is her good touch stone.
