Hi.
I suffer from BPD and I am ruining my life but also my relationship. I need help but there seems to be nowhere for me to go.

I bet a lot of us here would be willing to help with any problems you have. I bet you have a lot of questions when it comes to how the non borderline in your life feels and how you interpret their actions. Maybe you have the black and white thinking where one day you absolutely love your partner and then the next day you hate them like they are the worst person on the earth. If you have questions or anything specific to talk about I bet a lot of us would be very willing to help. I for one wish someone with borderline could help me understand my girlfriends thoughts and feelings. Most of the time I just cant understand because it seems so opposite, irrational and sometimes just crazy. Its hard for me to understand how she could push me away, call me names, put me down, be abusive all because she loves too much. Its tough to understand.

I am sorry you are having a hard time right now, but would like to congratulate you on taking the first step to healing.  It takes a great deal of courage to seek help!

This site is for family members and relationship partners of BPD sufferers. This is where we learn to support our loved ones, and where we learn to take care of ourselves. Because of this, we do not have the resources to help individuals with BPD, but I encourage you to check out Resources for BPD Sufferers.  You will find links to more appropriate forums, where you will find others like yourself who were brave enough to have taken positive steps towards healing.
