first timer - suspect my spouse has BPD

I found this forum after reading two books on BPD, my spouse has not been diagnosed, but everything I read in StopWalking on Eggshells and the Essential Family Guide on BPD points to my spouse being BPD. I'm drained, but am seeking counsel on my own. Spouse has yet to see the need for help

Hi and welcome! Whether or not your spouse has BPD or not is largely irrelevant. The skills and techniques taught here will help your relationship either way.
Getting him/her into help is often very tricky. Instead, we focus on what YOU can do to lower the conflict, and to stop you from being drained. Many people here choose to live with a BPD - it can be done - and without you losing yourself.
Tell us more: what genders are you and your spouse? How long have you been together? Do you have other (kids) living with you?
