Finally finding some answers here

I've been married for over twenty years to a spouse with BPD. Finding this forum has helped me make more sense of everything. All of the articles are helpful but mostly seeing that others have similar experiences to me has been a huge help. I don't have a specific question but wanted to post an introduction and say thank you.
