Parent with Borderline
«

I am living with a parent, I am always walking on eggshells, not knowing what else will trigger her. She lashes out, she is very verbally abusive and throwing insults left, right and center, she doesn't know how to maintain peace, triggered by small things. I am taking the blame for everything that goes wrong, she hold grudges, not so forgiving, using everything I say and do against me. She doesn't know how to be happy always sad and angry. This is not normal, I need help.

Hello Tete-
Yes, this is difficult. Will this be a long term living situation or are there plans to move out on your own?

Hi Tete

Start by reading some of the resources on the site, which are helpful to let you know that you are not alone.
