After a crazy 2 days of divorce threats my BPDh has now returned to being madly in love with me. It still baffles me how he can switch from intense anger and hatred to being attentive and loving. I learned something this last time around... .DON'T TAKE IT PERSONAL! and I am hoping to make this a permanent attitude!

Hi In a Quandary,

Welcome

That sounds like a stressful couple of days. I’m sorry to hear that. How long have you been married? Do you have kids together? Is he diagnosed with BPD?

Hi In a Quandry,

Your last days sound like mine! How often does this happen? Does he have any awareness about it? Brush things under the rug?

wishing you peace, pearl.
