Last month I was having very obsessive dreams/ night sweats and waking up constantly in the middle of the night that my expBPD was with someone else. Since I’ve had obsessive thoughts about this being true.

The past two days however, I’ve had dreams where me and my expBPD met and Cried and smiled and were inseparable. We were holding each other and felt the intensity. I’ve finally started to accept she may find someone else and it’s her life and choice and do this “radical acceptance” the last few days.

I’m not sure if this means anything or it’s just a silly dream.

I once heard someone say that to interpret dreams, go with the obvious.  You are processing emotions about the possibility she may end up with someone else.  And about the fact that you and she may have feelings for each other.  The fact that your brain is working through these things sounds like a healthy thing, in my non-expert opinion.  Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for the input Wentworth!

I also believe this! I was so afraid and terrified of letting her go that my subconcious was building scenarios and then in my dreams seeing her so mad at me while in the arms of others with people Ive never seen in my life.

I was going crazy.

Now with practice radical acceptance, and trying the "law of attraction" my last 2 dreams were positive. however, the longing has increased dramatically and i want to reach out. Im hoping she feels the same and has dreams of me too. Idk.
