Hi

I haven't been formally diagnosed with god but I know I have it. I am 49 and starting my life over. I'm scared and feel so alone. I'm not sure what to do and feel like I'll never get where I need to be.

Thanks
Tina

Hello Tina1908

Welcome to you. I'm glad you posted for help and support and sorry you feel scared and alone right now.

Can you share with us who is the person in your life with BPD/traits, so we can home you to the right board here?

Hi Tina1908

I would like to join wendydarling in welcoming you here.

You mention not having being formally diagnosed, but are certain you have it. Are you talking about BPD? What are you biggest struggles at the moment?

I am sorry you are feeling so scared and alone right now. You say you are starting your life over, taking it one step at a time seems wise then. Opening up about your struggles and reaching out for support and advice is an important first step Doing the right thing (click to insert in post)
