Hey there
I've recently broke up with my BPD ex, I was the one braking up with her as the relationship just got worse, I feel the horrible pain everyday and want some advise to fully move on. I think off her everyday, thinking is she OK? Did I heard her also so much?

Hey there Vminny
I hear you. Breaking up with a person with BPD whom you have feelings for can be very painful, regardless of who initiates the breakup. You're not alone.
How long ago did you 2 break up? How long had you been together for?

Welcome and I am so sorry for what you are going through. You are not alone. A relationship with someone with BPD can be both amazing and gut wrenching. Think of it like the high and withdrawal from an addiction. Of course you are thinking of your ex. Its like an addict thinks of their drug that made them feel so good. I promise there are others here who have been there including myself. You will heal. It will take time but you will heal.
