Update: he is now diagnosed and will be starting therapy

My other thread was closed -I guess that’s why people put part 1 part 2 part 3. That makes it hard to journal but wanted to let everyone know he got the diagnoses and will be starting therapy.

Hi Cinnamon.  That is great news that he will be starting treatment!   Will it be individual sessions?  DBT?

Yes it was not a complaint really just more a subtle female hint we like to throw. Like ...sure would be  nice to,have a place to journal. 

I think he said he is going to be in a group. Do you know if it’s best to start one on one or in group ?
I ask because it could be good that others understand how he is feeling but bad in that he don’t like ALL of his feelings shared. He’s got to really trust the person/people.
