Welcome

We can help.

Has your daughter been diagnosed?  Any treatment?  When you get a minute, please describe what kinds of things have been going on.

You have found a place that "get's it".  We can help you understand and...most importantly...you will know that you are not alone.

Best,

FF

I join Form flier in welcoming you! As you are able, can you tell us a bit more about your daughter?  In the meantime, the best thing you can do for yourself is to familiarize yourself with BPD. Start with the "tools" drop down list above and browse through.  The library here has good book suggestions like " How to Stop Walking on Eggshells" .  Browse through other posts here too.  Do some self care as well ( yoga, exercise) as it is easy to get lost in our loved one's BPD.  We look forward to hearing back from you.
