Is it common for someone with BPD to end a marriage?

Hello
My husband has left me and our 1 year old daughter. He says he does not love me. He has BDP, SAD and Chronic Depression. He has stopped taking all medication and ended all therapy. I am deeply concerned for him. But my question is this. Is it common for someone with BPD to end a relationship? I have considered it myself many times as supporting him has been so exhausting and traumatic at times. He comes in and out of my life saying he loves me one day then not the next. But this time he has not 'returned' as he use to.
Any insight would be useful. I am at a loss. Completely.
