After 6 years of not understanding what was happening, investigated BPD and everything made sense. The pandemic has worsened partners symptoms. Having trouble getting partner to therapy, but her codependence has taken over my life, and I can't even take care of my own basic needs.

Hi Ballybop,

Welcome

I’d like to welcome you to the family. I’m sorry for the circumstances that led you to our site here but I’m glad that you have found us! There is hope.

6 years is a long time, I can only imagine how you’re probably extremely eager to turn the ship around. It takes time but you’ve come to the right place.

Can you give us the back story?

What do you for self care?
