I’m depressed and that doesn’t help

My girlfriend is set off by things not being done around the house (dishes, laundry, etc) but those are the things that I struggle most with due to major depression. She doesn’t see it as an excuse and holds it against me. While I’m trying hard, what should I do in the meantime? I’m also working 60 hours a week rn bc of mandatory overtime.
