What was successful for your child to move out

I’m looking for how others successfully if not just initially get kids out of family home.
My son isn’t welcome as.has exhausted his welcome in his fathers home and his friends no longer will offer a couch. He discharged early from residential so cut ties to resources there and I am unable to live with him myself any longer. Working to locate a bedroom/bath he can move into, in a town he can easily be employed and has good public transportation. I won’t sign a lease he’s a hoarder. He isn’t moving on his exit here keeps pushing out his exit date. No urgency. I’ve moved him to a hotel prior and found it too expensive to sustain. Even the crappy motels add up to ridiculous monthly total for rent. I’ve put and in force many boundaries and he’s doing better. But he is so constantly negative…. And it’s impacting my quality of life and taking a toll on my health physically as well as mental. I’m actually considering moving to a 1/1.
Any creative ideas or suggestions welcome on how you /family got BPD adult kids out.

I gave some ideas for this question on the other thread where. you asked it. Did you get a chance to read that yet?
