I feel like crying and also, relief that I found this site. I have been struggling with my wife for long time - over 10 years. Her symptoms are exactly what is listed in the video. I need help.

Hi seeking and welcome,
The people here are so wonderful and supportive and I’m learning so much from them. I hope you get a lot out of it too. At first it felt like a betrayal coming here behind my wife’s back. But it is genuinely helping our marriage because I’m becoming calmer and better able to cope..
