Dont even know how to begin or where to say. We know he has bpd but will not get any help...im living every day in distress and it's honestly heartbreaking because I love this man so much and I know he loves me, things are just different with a bpd. Every single thing about them is different and I don't even know where to begin. Coping skills? How to deal with them? I'm just feeling so lost and just need someone to tell me thinks might be ok. By the way we just recently discovered his bpd after 32 years of him being alive. So he has never had any type of diagnosis or medical attention for this. Any thoughts? Or maybe a guideline of things I should be looking for? Thanks.
