This is a great article and it motivated me to attend Al Anon which has been a wonderful support for me. Also the daily readings from their One Day At A Time in Al-Anon book. Really fuels my soul to stay in focus on what I need to do day-to-day.

Found this again and wanted to bring it up to the top. There are so many suffering with hard choices. I am so bad with remembering names, but am especially thinking of you with the gs13mos and BPDDD with pneumonia. You have such a difficult path right now, and I hope this article can provide some guidance in taking care of yourself FIRST, gs next and necessary care for you sick DD with getting emotionally emeshed - or more so anyway. You are in my thoughts and prayers tonight.  xoxox
