New year's resolutions
«
on:

Here is my list of new year's resolutions.
I would love to know yours.
1 - Help our son
2 - Help in keeping a peaceful athmosphere at home
3 - Take care of all the members of the family, not just the sad and angry one
4 - Never lose hope
5 - Keep on looking at the bright side
6 - Keep on being interested in people around me, not just the family
7 - Keep on caring about the world situations (look long distance, not just short)
8 - Keep on listening to other people and, if they have problems, keep on trying to help
9 - Keep on loving life
10 - Try to keep on being optimistic.
Have a good year!

I normally don't make new years resolutions
But my hopes are
1. That my family will get along
2. I can help husband to accept dd has a mental health issue
3 I change how I react to BPD dd
4. Lastly learn to forgive BPD dd as she wasn't able to make the right choices due to her BPD

My New Year's resolution is quite simple but at the same time not easy to achieve:
"God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference"

My resolution has nothing to do with my BPD... . it would fail
1. continue to lose weight
2. get more sleep
3. make better food choices
4. reconnect with people and activites
I
enjoy
