Hi all:

While indeed I am healing from detaching from my exdBPD (we are NC, and I doing pretty well these days though definitely still healing), my stepfather is a sort of diagnosed pwBPD (our family therapist diagnosed him as such years ago but I don't know that the therapist ever gave him an official battery to finalize that).

The more I heal, the more I can see I need to work on communication skills in general, and certainly could help when talking to him.  Any hope of the forum creating some kind of interactive workshop or deeper learning video on the topic?  Or know of any?  Seems like lots of folks talk about practicing the skills, which is great, and I'd like to.
