So today marks one month since the last time I had contact with my exBPDgf. Last time we spoke she raged at me like crazy like I never saw before and it was the moment of clarity I needed. What a month it has been though.

It is funny how life works out and though I still think about her and things pertaining to "us" from time to time my mind is not where it was a month ago. I have kept a regular fitness routine and more importantly started training in  jiu jitsu and martial arts again like I was before the relationship going everyday and following my passion, i have even started assisting in teaching and coaching which has always been my dream. Most important I have started weekly therapy with a therapist dealing/specializing with relationships, personality disorders, and trauma. While we dealt with some of the relationship I realized that it was not about thev relationship or what happened to me but rather about me on why I would get involved or stay. It has always been about me and I'm you figuring out who that is for the first time I think. I'm not sure where this path will take me but I am finally enjoying the journey in the mean time.  Thank you all

You are doing great stuff to take care of yourself.  Getting those endorphins going with exercise is spot on with counteracting sad feelings.  Having a therapist to explore what makes you tick is good and it will help you learn how to avoid unsafe people in the future.  Doing the right thing (click to insert in post)  I'm glad you are realizing your dream with the coaching, very cool!

This is a very inspiring post for me.  It is encouraging to hear how much better you feel after a month. I am taking up walking again and it is amazing how it helps with our moods and our thoughts.  Thank you.
