The night from hell

Yesterday my now ex broke it off for like the 5 or 6 time in 10 years sending me a txt message saying she hates me cause i wont take her for who she is and she has just been acting in love with me. This came after she disappear for a day so i know something happen between talking to her and getting that txt but of course she says nothing happen and she just opened her eyes. Also this comes after she picked out a ring and i bought it for her and then oh guess i hate you .

So after talking to her i decided i dont want to play anymore and send her a goodbye im done txt in the txt i told her not to reply cause if she does i wont reply back its over im done type thing. Well after awhile i get a call from my mother ( im at work at this time) i miss the call and call her back she tells me she got a txt from my now ex saying "Your son is going to hurt myself TONIGHT!" just like that.

Never once in the txt i sent her did i say i was going to off my self or anything so i had to spend the night dealing with my mother freaking out while at work.

God im at my wits end with this i just want her to say what she means and go the hell away. I was just fine with it all until she brought my mom in that was a huge line she crossed and she knows it. If she hates me so much she should not care and just walk away but ive been around the block a few times with this kind of crazy and know sooner or later ill get that call just wish it would end. Im not happy with her im not happy without her but i think in time i would deal with not having her and move on just takes time.

Looks like she was confused here.  The mix up in the pronouns "myself" instead of "himself".

She may really have been talking about herself here and got twisted up.

Maybe assure your mom that this really isn't about you, this is your ex possibly talking about herself.

Don't rely on someone respecting boundaries if they've never done it before.  It's okay to be done.  Sometimes so much happens that the final straw is pretty insignificant alone.  It's together all the straws.

Have you read the detaching lessons (over there)?  I ask b/c you have a long history of recycling doing something different could help.

Sorry the fault was mine she said "your son is going to hurt himself tonight!".

My mom is a therapist so shes not fool but what she does just made her really mad she droped that low to try to worrie everybody else. We think she was try to open the door to talk to ny mom hoping to get her on her side which will never happin again after last night.
