I got a late night email and I'm confused

you guys now i broke NC last week i posted my email here and a lot of you gave me great help. 12:44 am i go to check my mail seeing as i wake up periodically in the night. i fall asleep to netflix on the lap top and i keep it in the bed MY expwBPD email me back now i was blacker then black She tells me in the email she has crossed her mind in a positive light and she wishes me all the best i did not respond and i am not responding i posted here first honestly i feel sick to the stomach. i am so confused
