Well after 13weeks of NC i received an email fr my ex BPD gf. I was surprised to say the least but i have not responded! I did read it a few times and finally deleted it. It was a very light email and actually in a weird way proved shes not going to change. I do feel i have the control by not responding. Day by Day! Im not sure if this was a recycle attempt but it doesnt matter. Will see if she attempts another contact... .

Congrats stevenq! Fantastic effort

NC is so hard - especially if you got no closure and still have so many questions

I am 8 months NC and despite the 'situation' playing on my mind alot, the NC does get easier... or require less effort... or consume less energy or something.

Keep going. It really is the only way.

And I am sure the pull for answers will reduce like the urge to talk
