He doesn't care.  The way he sees it, she doesn't need to have a schedule because she has "no need to go to daycare" and because he has no real job.  She needs that preschool enviroment for many reasons.  She is intelligent and a toddler and she needs the socialization and education, and he does not do anything enriching with her.

Since he's clearly jerkin g you around, to your D's detriment, can you get emergency temp orders while he's wiyh his friend?

You mean when he goes to MD?  She is not going with him.  Anyway, that is the weekend that he WANTS me to have her (because I don't have S7).  I don't think I can do any kind of emergency orders unless he takes her out of state and won't come back.  Although he is a jerk, he wouldn't go that far.

No, I'm suggesting that your attorney file for temp orders on an emergency basis due to his blocking access and refusing to allow communication with your daughter. It doesn't mean that you won't allow him to see your daughter or even have her overnight. It simply says that since the divorve, interim custody arrangements have broken down (cite A B and C) and you require the attached temp orders until a final custody order.

He's going to jerk you around like a puppet if you don't get something in place that works for you. Quickly. Being refused a conversation with your D is a good example of his manipulations. Don't put yourself in a position of begging him.

The childcare pickup is a bad arrangement.

Oh, I see.  I was under the impression he is just writing a letter, but I just sent him an email to let me review whatever it is he is drawing up before he sends it to H's L, so that I can review and make any changes. 

I have discussed the pickup arrangement with L, and how it is bad longterm and has to be stopped to which he said "It will."
