my first step to get better after being dumped

**I'm sharing my own semi success in feeling better and hope it help others or others to help me advance more** i been in a 3 years relation with a woman has BPD and she detached , the problem in short is suffering the loss and lots of other issues that i may call "un finished business" , such as anger and guilt. I realised now I'm in square of 4 corners messing up my life, 2 solid facts and 2 feeling , the 2 facts are my love for her and her rejection to me . The 2 feelings are my anger for all the unfare things that i tolerated to be with her and my guilt for all the bad i did or the good i failed to do. The 2 facts work together in same direction hurting me while the 2 feelings still hurt but in opposite directions like acid and alkali , so mixing them together made those pains significantly reduced almost canceling each other. Now my mind is more clear of confusion and can assist my heart to endure the loss.

Hi SH
Grief is a very hard thing to deal with. I felt a lot of those mixed emotions too. It seems like it takes sometime to sort through.
