I was involved with a girl who i know has BPD. I loved her so much I would always try and do things for her which never seemed enough for her. She is a nurse and still works with her ex boyfriend who is a doctor. I thought at first it would not be hard to deal with them working together but i think it affected her daily life in a negative way. I recently booked a trip to Indy and I live in the chicagoland area I was so excited to go down there with her and knew she liked it in Indy and could use a break. uesday i was working at the firehouse and she calls me in morning and everything is fine she says she misses me and loves me etc. I get a call about 8pm at night I answer I say hello sweetie she tells me she can't go to Indy she has to study for a test which she is taking the 26th of this month. I said to her I can't get the money back from the room she says I am selfish that i need to go to therapy and brings up all the fights we have had and I was in total shock. She breaks up with me and I am at the firehouse this is a recurring tradition with her. i was so sad I felt all alone and helpless. I don't know what caused her to do this to me? I was being nice to her and she calls me cheap and selfish? I am so sad. I tried to call her she blocked me from her phone I cannot deal with this anymore. I have even went to a therapist because of her and asked her to go with me which she refused saying I am the one with problems. She takes antidepressants and sleeps a lot I don't know what else to do anymore. I love her but i think it has gotten to the point of no return with her.
