This place is not only helping me it's helping my friendships in that I don't have to share my circular ruminations with them.
I told my sister last night it's been about a week since No Contact with my ex. She replied, "I didn't know you still spoke with her"
Keeping her out of the loop as much as I can is a gift to her and to me. I really don't like to share these stories with to many people. But here, to read so many similar stories with similar dynamics the average person (hopefully) has not experienced or more likely didn't want or need to get sucked into Crazy Land.
