... . its interesting because i taught my exBPD/NPD how to fly fish... . she was actually pretty good... . no surprise huh! Anyway I had a terrific day on the Delaware River fly fishing for brown trout. Good Day! i was extremely down after a funeral this week... . best friends father, cemetery same place where my wife is buried which added up up to emotional turmoil for me... . thoughts of re-engaging with exBPD/NPD for the sexual comfort... . but ya know what... . didn't because of the friends I found on this site... . so to all of you who responded to my request for help... . my sincerest Thanks. Monty... . fishing was awesome today... . had good conversation with my son on the river re: his Mom... . where I'm at healing... . and assured him detaching from my exBPD/NPD feels REAL GOOD... . I am Blessed! A bad day fishing with your best friend/son is better than the best day with my exBPD/NPD!

G-Day Flynavy,
So glad you had a good day, excellent !
I was going to go to golf but it rained all day, bucketed down.
I was stuck at home with not much to do and the mind wandered, could have easily broken the n/c. Only half a step backwards !
I did a lot of reading and the urge passed me by.
Have a great day, I'm off to bed. Saturday 2100 hrs. might read some more, starting to get cold here, and I'm in the tropics, winter is on its way.

So glad you had a therapeutic day of fishing with your son! I'm about to get out for some running and cycling therapy.
Good job on resisting the urge to reconnect with your ex, too!
