A Big Thank You From "Connect"

Hi guys,
I just wanted to come on here and say thank you so so much to everyone that helped me during a tough time in April (his ex f-buddy holiday saga)
You are all so kind and generous and opened my eyes to BPD (which I knew nothing about) and my own issues x
We are together now (after he came back early from the holiday, came off facebook, apologised and cut contact with his ex) and I am trying to use the tools as much as I can. I also go to co-dep meetings which have been a great help too.
Am still very much in the BPD world with all its many twists and turns (and boy there's LOTS which are still ongoing) but really trying to work on my issues too. Thanks guys
