ive been in conuselling for weeks took every online test i can find... . im finding out im not co dependent on ex

i was strong and im geting over the break up

i know myself what i like and what i dont, i gave one hell of alot to someone that was/is ill, that dont mean i lost myself it means i gave 100%

im starting to see myself and BPD in a new light

i know i was not the great white knight but she was not the devil

we maybe hurt here and need to heel but we have not need to close our minds and really see the truth

exBPD g/f/b/f/so/H/W may have hurt us but maybe they were giving thier 100% as well

we may not be able to fix them  but i really think if we learn what we are dealing with and really true to understand what going on we may be able to help.

Indeed!  I may have had some co-dependent behaviors in the past, but not now.  There was a brief period of time when I felt myself reverting back to my own weirdness, but it didn't take long for me to snap out of it!  Learning everything I can and applying all the tools from the many sources has been most helpful in calming the storms.  I know there's always going to be bumps in the road, but I can keep myself from falling over the cliff with the help of this board and some of the great resources available to me.
