Hi karefull,
I'm sorry you are dealing with this.
Tell us more so we can help you... .
How old are you and she?
Do you still live together ? Any other siblings? Do you have other relationships that she is affecting? How often does this love/hate cycle happen?
There are many others here dealing with similar issues. You are not alone!
Yours,
mamachelle

Hi karefull,
Welcome! Oh yes, navigating a relationship with a relative with BPD can be very tricky. Sometimes even just disagreeing over something small, like where to go for lunch, can turn into a large ordeal. It's good that you're looking to improve things with your sister, as there are some tools you can use to make things easier for the both of you.
mamachelle has asked some good questions, and I'm curious to know the answers as well. The more we know about you situation, the better we can support you.
When you're comfortable, feel free to share your story with us--you'll be amazed at how many of us can relate to you!

kareful,
Welcome to the group - I, too, have a BPD sister, and navigating that relationship has been and continues to be challenging. I've found this board to be very helpful -- as are many of the tools that can be used to respond to a variety of situations.
I think you'll find that the community here is ready to listen, and share their experiences with you -- that, for me, is a big help.
So, echoing the other replies, I do hope that you can provide more background about your situation so that you can consider the tools and experiences of others as you try to improve the situation with your BPD sister.
