How long for NC?

NC surely  helps us in our recovery and detachment. Although initiated by my exbf immediately after he called it quits,  I decided to stick by it a month later since.

I am approaching 4 months,  !

How is it going for you?

Said goodbye last october. Some intermittent contact since. But my new significant other asked that I change my phone and email and don't even read her messages. About a month of that now. It's starting to clear my head.

On my 12th day and it feels like eternity. My exBPDgf and I broke up 8 months ago but we both kept talking/stayed attached and even hooked up a dozen or so times while she was with the new guy. She got married nearly 2 months ago and still has tried to hold on to me behind his back but I started NC cus enough is enough. Since then she has called twice and texted once - I have not replied.
