I've notices that music has the power to make me feel better (or worse) when I'm depressed and lamenting the loss of the relationship.

What are some songs that make you guys feel better? What would you recommend?

I need to wallow in it some to get through the pain and let it pass.  :'(

"3 Libras" by A Perfect Circle (lyrics):

Threw you the obvious and you flew with it on your back,

A name in your recollection, down among a million same.

Difficult not to feel a little bit disappointed, and passed over

When I've looked right through, see you naked but oblivious.

And you don't see me.

But I threw you the obvious, just to see if there's more behind the

Eyes of a fallen angel, eyes of a tragedy.

Here I am expecting just a little bit too much from the wounded

But I see, see through it all, see through, see you.

'Cause I threw you the obvious, to see what occurs behind the

Eyes of a fallen angel, eyes of a tragedy, oh well.

Oh well, apparently nothing.

Apparently nothing, at all.

You don't, you don't, you don't, see me.

You don't, you don't, you don't, see me.

You don't, you don't, you don't, see me.

You don't see me.

You don't, you don't, you don't see me at all.

I was a teenager in the 80's [Choice of songs is influenced by a persons age I think!].

Anyhow I have a folder on my computer which I populate with songs for just that.

Some of them aren't all that 'cool' but - at times like these we have the right to enjoy whatever music cheers us up !  Doing the right thing (click to insert in post)

Here are few from my folder [with links for the curious]  Smiling (click to insert in post)
