Just another bad day

Ok this is just me reaching out. I have pretty much worn everybody out with this CRAP.

I am beating my self. No not like that! Mentally. Emotionally. Here's why.

    My ex told me in the same breath that she was with another man in a relationship and that she had been for months and that her and I were just friends. She didn't bother to tell me this for months or even bother to end our relationship. Then she acted like I was just supposed to go into friend mode and forget our relationship. She isn't just sick she's a monster. This was four and a half months ago.

   Of course I was floored by this. Did she do that? Just switch her feelings off for me and switch them on for someone else? I just don't buy it! It isn't like anything I could even have imagined. The deceit and lies. Withholding important information.

   I understand free agency. Anybody has the right to choose to end a relationship even for no reason. I understand that if she does enter into a new relationship that it is none of my business. Should I be hurt?
