out of the blue there it is the call the txt.

Got an email from my BPDex the other day and what did I do? I didn't open it! I wanted to read it so bad but I'm trying to get better and what if it was her trying to rub her new relationship in my face or something. So to save myself from getting worse than I already am I simply deleted it. I don't know what it said no, do I care what it said yes, do I regret not reading it kinda. But I feel like I did the right thing.

even seen exBPDg/f name on email or even her number poping up kicks all the above off for me.

if its a txt i have to see it just to delet it.

im still not at point where i dont reply but her contacting becomes less and less has time gos by.
