what ive learned in 7 months

1. yes i will live again

2.yes i will love again

3.none of this was worth the pain!

4.i did everthing i could have, im not to blame

5.IT WAS NEVER ABOUT ME/ALWAYS ABOUT HER NEEDS

6.i can and will get back to normal

7.i totaly lost myself becouse of the r/s

8. i always new the truth just didnt want to see it

9.she  has BPD and always will

10.shes already and will again cheat on new guy and the guy after him

11.shes will/is having the same r/s she had with me over and over

12.shes will never atleast not for many years find happy

13.i was just a stand in for the last guy she left.

14.im in control of me and me only

15.if i dont make something change then nothing will change

16.i cant help someone thats set their mind to hurting themself and everyone around them

17.when someone knows they are ill and dose nothing about it means they dont care

18.when BPD EX contacts you,ITS BECOUSE THEY ARE HURTING NOT BECOUSE THEY FEEL FOR YOU!

19.n/c is a life changing/saving tool

20. be careful what you pray/ask for YOU JUST MAY GET IT OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!


these things ive learned after six years about 18 brake up make up cycles. over the last seven months of this lastest break up ive kept close contact with her. the contacts almost killed me at times. i quess i had to see frist hand that she would never get better. trust me its a (do not try this at home) kind of thing. i now pray that she stays away and never returns to my life!
