QF signing off
«

Hey family,
Just wanted to extend hearts and hugs and gratitude.
I'm taking a break from here. It just keeps me focusing on my ex too much, as someone else recently posted.
I'll be back to let you know my progress, but I can't keep going on here daily.
I know, rule #1, No Contact, No Pain.
See you all soon.

Thinking good thoughts and sending you all positive energy, QF. Choose you. Take care of you. YOU are worthy of all the love and energy and goodness you gave away. THAT is what YOU need. Give it to yourself and heal.
Hugs and best wishes. Looking forward to hearing from you down the line... .life is a journey. I'm thankful our paths crossed.

There's also the Personal Inventory board, where the focus shifts to us, as it needs to as we detach. It's a good opportunity to use the pain of what we went through to motivate us in our own growth, which is what we need as we upgrade the quality of relationship we enter.
Remember, no contact is a tool not a rule, and no contact and detachment are two different things.
Good luck, maybe we'll see you, and take care of you!

Good Luck! and FWIW, it's a good idea. We learn all the tools we can, at some point we need to disengage, go forth, and live! I did it, and do it, and always remember when I'm frustrated there are folks here who get it. Believe me, if there is a pwBPD in your life, even remotely, a check up here at bpdfamily.com is always a good thing!
