I've got mostly all the good attitude an behavior out of you guys but i feel i must detache from here since it triggers me a lot and i shouldn't be the one working on this affliction .thank you all. For sure i will come back when the storm pass and will keep looking at feedback but i must close this chapter, i have to much expectations from life,my own issues and her coming back must not be a part of it. i will be back, soon i hope... .exactly for new hopes

I felt like I had made so much progress. I was feeling like my old self. Before all the crap with the ex. Couple things changed. I'm back. Afraid to let myself fall back into darkness.
