I've been NC for four & a half weeks.

As Vinnie Jones said at the end of Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels... .

"It's been emotional".



So now I'm gonna try a week of full 'none pbd' solitude. No discussing it at all. No reading about it. No dwelling on it.

Try a week like all the 34 years worth of weeks I lived before it came into my life.

That blissful 34 years that Borderline Personality Disorder didn't disorder!

So, for a week testing myself, that means NC with you orrible lot as well.

Oh I'll be back Ironman. I just want to try life without BPD at any level for a week. Sadly that must include discussion.

It might do me good. I might crack & coming running back. We'll have to see.

It's 11.35pm here in the land of Midsomer Murders. So starting when i wake tomorrow, no BPD allowed in my space or discussion, or anywhere for a week.

Its 730 here in the state of the endless summer.
