After breaking NC last which lasted a month i am back at it again. This time for real NC. I need to stop thinking about my uBPDexgf which also means stop thinking about her disorder and how it was partly to blame for the breakup. Everyone here has been great, i will trying coming back here if i have episodes of anxiety but i think coming back to this site will remind me of her and her disorder. so thanks for the help but im going to try my best to forget about that part of my life and move onto newer and better things.
