My soon to be xhwBPD will call me up and completely blast me for something, tell me all the things I've done wrong on that days particular topic, talk over the top of me, yell, blame me for things he did etc.  Then 30 minutes later, he's back to expressing his appreciation for me and saying that we need to be adults through the divorce process and work together in order to be better parents to the kids.

Trust me, I'm relived he gets to that point but its so confusing how he changes so quickly.  I'm sure all BPDs are different but I'm just wondering if that is common for them to cycle back and forth so quickly?
